Immediate Single Stage Tooth Replacement

In selected cases it is possible to place the implant and the replacement tooth at the same appointment.

Selection of the size, shape and color of the transitional crown.   The transitional crown eliminates the need for a removable replacement.  After the normal healing period an impression will be taken and an esthetic crown constructed

The crown fractured off this tooth and the root is not salvageable   After the root was removed the implant was placed as well as the abutment head which supports the replacement tooth.

The fractured crown was retrofitted to the abutment to serve as the transitional replacement.   After the normal healing period an impression will be taken to fabricate the cosmetic replacement.
